Paul M. Regan is a commercial real estate attorney with three decades of experience representing regional and national developers primarily in the financing and refinancing of commercial real estate projects throughout the United States. He has significant experience in the purchase and sale of properties, including multi-state transactions, and the negotiation of leases for both landlords and tenants. In addition, he has represented several commercial and residential lenders on New York transactions. Mr. Regan is a member of the New York State Bar Association and has been named in the New York listing of "Super Lawyers"
